By creating a Sorto workspace or using getsorto.com, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and your organization.

2. Description of Service

Sorto provides software tools that allow teams to collaborate around a QR-linked WhatsApp session, including shared inbox views, chat assignment, internal notes, tickets, tasks, bookings, and payment tracking.

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You are solely responsible for the messages sent by your team and for maintaining proper consent from your customers. You agree not to use Sorto for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful harassment, or any activity that violates applicable telecommunications or data protection laws.

4. Account Security & Team Access

Workspace administrators are responsible for managing team member logins, role permissions, and the security of the primary mobile device linked via QR code.

5. Limitation of Liability & Contact
